{platform for cryptocurrency exchange}
{Brief introduction to background}

{What is the challenge?}
Many of the investors are new to cryptocurrency and most of them found it too clumsy and boring to make a transfer of funds
{Role}

{Duration}

#the process
I used a design process learnt from the certification programme which include the following phases.
We conducted a user research on how do they feel when using the platform and especially on transferring funds within the apps.
We then created an aggregated empathy map accordingly.
Spreadsheet do not have visual cues on hows the performance especially on comparing to the data month by month.
A user journey map is created according to the persona we created in the earlier step
Problem statement
We defined the problem statement as follows.
Angelina is a busy interior design professional who needs an easy to use and clearly depicted platform because she wants to know the exact exchange rate and an instant transfer of funds between crypto exchange and bank accounts.
Crazy 8
By using the crazy eight method, I quickly come up with 8 different ideas showing the process of transferring funds between the crypto exchange and the bank.
Each of the design has some unique features and we adopted a "drag to transfer" approach for more intuitive experience.
Wireframe and prototype are the most interesting and challenging part in a project, we gathered the user information and keep the users center and focused.
Considering with the most intuitive interaction for the users within the apps would increase their user experience and indeed increasing the chance that the user will come back using the apps again. Apps design was not just to get the things done but UX design also consider on "how" to get it done easily, intuitively and seamlessly.
